Do you really pay cash for land?

Once we close with a title company/escrow/attorney (depending on the county your property is in), you’ll receive payment directly from them in the form of wire transfer, check, or cashier’s check.

How do I accept the offer you sent me?

Just sign and send back the purchase agreement through mail or email. You can take a photo of it and email that photo to AJCLandHoldings@gmail.com and we’ll get started right away!

Do you buy land that’s anywhere?

Yes! We operate anywhere in the United States.

What if I’ve never been to the land that I own?

That’s no problem at all! It’s actually pretty common. We’ll do all our own research and decide whether or not we can purchase it.

What is the process?

Contact us to share some information about your land. Then we’ll give you a call and do some research on our end. We’ll settle on a fair price for both of us and then close.

What if I change my mind about selling after I get your offer?

You are under no obligation! You can feel free to say no if we can’t reach a deal you feel is fair.

Are there any fees?

Nope! When we agree on a price, that’s the price we pay. Any fees, overdue taxes, and other miscellaneous costs get factored into our offer.

Can I sell the property “as-is”?

Yes! You won’t be asked to make any improvements.

Is your offer price negotiable?

Maybe… In order for our investments to make sense for us we have to be careful about the investments we make. However, if there is something that you feel we missed in our research in valuing your property, please let us know and we’ll consider it.

Why wouldn’t I just list my property with a real estate agency?

We offer a quick closing and cash in your hand. Land on the MLS market often takes 6-12 months to sell. Our timeline is usually closer to 4-6 weeks depending on the title company/escrow/attorney. We also take care of any other issues with your property that a realtor may want you to deal with before they can even list it. In the end, we save you time, money, and energy!
